To better simulate real sales situations and increase immersion, AIDA v1.1 introduces messaging mode. Learners can interact one-on-one with the AI coach by sending messages, mimicking daily chat interactions.

Easy Configuration

Admins can set the training mode in Admin Console → "Course Configuration" → "Coaching Scenario Setup", choosing the most suitable mode based on actual business needs.
